  • Job Title: Part-Time Digital Ads Manager (Facebook & Google Ads) – Contract
  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
About the Role:

We’re looking for a well-organized, self-driven part-time contractor to help manage our partner accounts on Facebook and Google Ads. You’ll work under a senior-level director and alongside the CEO helping with campaign updates, improvements, and partner performance reports. The ideal candidate should have experience in an agency setting, and can handle many accounts with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication.

Main Responsibilities:

Everyday Campaign Management:

  • Monitor and improve active ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search/Display/Shopping, and YouTube) for several partner accounts.
  • Change budgets, bids, audiences, ad text, and visuals as needed based on performance data.
  • Fix and solve any campaign delivery or policy problems letting internal teams and partners know what’s happening.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Review and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) for all assigned accounts.
  • Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to the senior director and, when required, for partner updates.
  • Prepare clear, partner-ready reports and presentations.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Answer internal and partner messages (Within 24 hours).
  • Participate in regular update calls or meetings with internal teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and analytics teams to make sure campaigns match partner goals and broader strategies.

Strategy & Optimization:

  • Identify new opportunities for testing and optimization (creative, audience, budget allocation) for partner accounts.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to partner campaigns.
  • Propose and help implement new strategies to improve partner account performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, preferably within an agency or multi-account environment.
  • Partner oriented with the ability to directly handle communication with partners as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly explain campaign performance and strategy to both internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Extreme attention to detail; able to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and tasks across a range of partner accounts.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, Google Data Studio, Excel/Sheets).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Has demonstrated success with paid media KPIs for eCommerce or lead generation brands.
Preferred/Bonus Experience:
  • Previous agency or partner-facing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Familiarity with creative briefing, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with tracking implementation and troubleshooting (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Ability to write short ad copy or provide creative direction.
Compensation:
  • Hourly or retainer, depending on experience. Contract with potential to grow.
  • Flexible work schedule, but must be available for timely turnarounds during U.S. business hours.
